About Us
Purpose:
To provide home inspection and commercial building inspection services for the purpose of discovering potential or existing safety hazards to the occupants, or conditions that could affect the value of the property. Our home inspectors are certified through the largest home inspection membership organization in the world, InterNACHI, where they have completed over 130 hours of classroom training, and have passed the NHIE - National Home Inspectors Examination, which is no easy task. Home inspection (a commercial building inspection) is not simple, and requires extensive training and understanding of building structures and building science. That's why, each year, our inspectors are required to complete 30 hours (min) of continuing education, and every two years are required to pass the Certified Professional Inspector exam.

Our home inspectors are highly trained professionals with extensive experience in building science. We've been building and remodeling homes in the Tennessee Valley for over 30 years. We've seen just about everything imaginable in the homes we've remodeled. Now we're using our vast knowledge from all those years as a builder/remodeling professional to help home buyers and sellers ensure that their home is ready...with no surprises.
We are a licensed and insured professional home inspection company, certified by InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), AND the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors.
