The list of issues found in the home inspection seems daunting. And now that you have the report, you've got to find contractors to provide you with estimates so you can negotiate your purchase price of the home. But you need to find an electrician, a plumber, a carpenter, an HVAC expert, a roofing expert....and maybe more. This could take weeks to get estimates from each of them, and you don't have weeks.
How does this work?
If you decide you want the Repair Pricer report, we simply select the option to include the report when we conduct the property inspection. As soon as we complete our inspection and send you the Inspection Report, Repair Pricer also receives a copy, with all the issues we found described in detail. From that inspection report, Repair Pricer analyzes the recommendations and researches the local market pricing for the needed labor and materials to correct the problems discovered during the inspection, and creates a repair report. You will know within 24 hours what it will cost to make the repairs, and you will have the cost information you need to negotiate with the seller.
